Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
